  My grandfather has been in this facility for about two months and his care has been atrocious. Within one month he contracted c-diff from their lack of precautions from the spread of such infections. You only get that kind of infection from contact with infected objects! You do the math. The hallways constantly smell of urine. He has developed horrible bedsores from their lack of care. They don’t bother to feed him if he doesn’t feed himself or give him medication regularly despite lying about his med schedule. My poor mother has to stop by regularly to ensure they are caring for him. Many of the staff are not regular employees, they are farmed out from temp agencies or something. Some of their staff don’t seem to care very much and you have to keep telling them what needs to be done. Sometimes they honor your wishes if they happen to remember or care. Oh and you have to always pick up the laundry and do it at home and bring it back. This is a bare minimum facility and it shows as soon as you walk past the lobby.
